OneRooftop Channel Manager: Your Direct Connection to HomeAway

OneRooftop is excited to offer a direct integration with HomeAway, a world leader in vacation rentals. Now OneRooftop clients can choose to manage their HomeAway listings from their OneRooftop channel manager. Seamlessly synchronize rates, availability and property information. As a result, you save time by updating your property info in one place.

Once your OneRooftop account is ready, contact HomeAway

If you already list your properties on HomeAway, reach out to your HomeAway account manager directly. A Pre-Implementation Specialist will then screen your account for readiness and discuss the implementation timeline.

If you are new to HomeAway, reach out to the HomeAway Sales team at (888) 581-1849. Let them know you are a OneRooftop client and interested in the direct connection.

How long will it take to go live?

Due to high demand, HomeAway currently has a queue for any property managers currently listing on HomeAway. To be placed in the queue, you must have your OneRooftop account ready. The HomeAway implementation specialist will give you the timing on going live. If you are new to HomeAway, HomeAway currently does not have a queue.

Is the direct connection right for me?

First of all, HomeAway requires a minimum of 5 listings to be eligible for the direct connection. Remember: if you do not choose to connect to HomeAway via the OneRooftop Channel Manager, you can still sync availability through iCals.
