Manage your HomeAway Listing with OneRooftop’s Channel Manager
Your OneRooftop software becomes the system of record for rates, calendars, listing content, and photos. HomeAway reservations appear directly in your OneRooftop dashboard.
To get started, make sure that your OneRooftop account is ready to go. Below is handy checklist:
- Ensure your properties meet HomeAway’s basic quality standards and minimum content requirements.
- Set up a payment processor.
- Add your Cancellation Policy and Rental Agreement within OneRooftop.
Once your OneRooftop account is ready, contact HomeAway
If you already list your properties on HomeAway, reach out to your HomeAway account manager directly. A Pre-Implementation Specialist will then screen your account for readiness and discuss the implementation timeline.

How long will it take to go live?
Due to high demand, HomeAway currently has a queue for any property managers currently listing on HomeAway. To be placed in the queue, you must have your OneRooftop account ready. The HomeAway implementation specialist will give you the timing on going live. If you are new to HomeAway, HomeAway currently does not have a queue.
Is the direct connection right for me?
First of all, HomeAway requires a minimum of 5 listings to be eligible for the direct connection. Remember: if you do not choose to connect to HomeAway via the OneRooftop Channel Manager, you can still sync availability through iCals.
